tkk33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tkk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tkk33 website, its associated services, games, promotions, and any other feature offered through the platform. By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of tkk33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of tkk33 regardless of their location within Bangladesh, including players accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

To register and use tkk33, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. It is a strict condition of use that no person under the age of 21 may register an account or place any wager on tkk33.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts for a single individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure.

tkk33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. This may include government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or verification of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension or closure of your account.

Each player is entitled to register one account only. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and create a password. All information provided at registration must be accurate and current. tkk33 may require you to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request or before granting access to certain promotions.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify tkk33 immediately via the support contact provided on the platform.

tkk33 employs SSL encryption across all account activity. However, the security of your account also depends on the strength of your chosen password and your own vigilance in protecting your login credentials. We recommend using a unique password that is not used on any other service and enabling your mobile browser's password-save feature only on personal, private devices.

tkk33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkk33 does not currently accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or international card payments.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account settings, though tkk33 reserves the right to apply transaction limits where required for security or compliance purposes. Deposits are credited to your tkk33 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. tkk33 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, standard transaction charges levied by your mobile payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply and are the player's responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise directed by tkk33 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In most cases, funds reach the destination wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within 5 minutes of approval. tkk33 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Any balance accrued through bonus funds that has not met the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled. tkk33 reserves the right to void winnings and forfeit balances where it determines that a withdrawal request has been made in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

tkk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms applicable to each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by tkk33, unless the specific promotional Terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Players who register multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will have all associated bonuses voided and accounts closed.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be specified in the individual promotion Terms.
• tkk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in active use by a player will be honoured in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the promotion. Certain game categories (e.g. live casino tables) may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Check the individual promotion Terms for contribution rates.

All games available on tkk33 operate according to the rules set by the respective game provider (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for virtual games, and by the physical dealing of cards, dice, or wheel outcomes for live dealer games. tkk33 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game, the game session will be recorded and the bet outcome determined based on the state of play at the point of disconnection. tkk33 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own connectivity issues. If tkk33 determines that a technical error on the platform side affected a game result, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tkk33 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to register an account on your behalf, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with tkk33 games, place bets, or perform account actions that would not be possible through normal manual use.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, or coordinate betting patterns in a manner designed to exploit the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using tkk33 as a mechanism for money laundering or the concealment of the origin of funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tkk33 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

tkk33 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, tkk33 may act immediately and without prior notice, including voiding winnings retroactively where those winnings resulted directly or indirectly from the prohibited conduct.

tkk33 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkk33 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. tkk33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

In no event shall tkk33 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether tkk33 was advised of the possibility of such damages. tkk33's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkk33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of tkk33 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting tkk33 support.
